Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Technify Pro ("we", "us") for your use of Noted. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
Noted lets you record your spending and income by voice through a Siri shortcut or by typing, and review it on a web dashboard. Noted is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a bank, does not move money, and does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
- Give accurate information and keep your password and Siri key private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us right away at support@technifypro.com if you think someone else has access.
Accuracy
Noted interprets speech and text automatically, and it can make mistakes, such as a wrong amount, category, or date. Siri reads back what was saved so you can check it, and you can edit any entry. You're responsible for reviewing your records before relying on them.
Beta and pricing
Noted is currently offered free as a beta. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance, and you can choose whether to continue. We won't charge you without your consent.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Noted. That includes trying to access other people's accounts or data, interfering with or overloading the service, reverse engineering it, or using it for anything unlawful.
Your content
What you log belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Noted for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Apple
Siri, iPhone, and Shortcuts are trademarks of Apple Inc. Noted is not made, sponsored, or endorsed by Apple. Apple's terms govern your use of Siri and the Shortcuts app.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will give notice where reasonable.
Disclaimers
Noted is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Technify Pro won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Noted is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we'll email you before they take effect. Continuing to use Noted afterward means you accept the updated terms.
